Personal Injury Law could be broken into two major categories depending on the circumstances for the injury: acts caused by negligence and intentional acts, also called trots.

Injuries at work: responsible for injuries at work could be employers, colleagues or "third party" such as the manufacturer of unsafe machinery, the owner of the premises where the injury occurs, etc.
