i have problem with my figerprints, will that affect my eligibilite to become a us citizen? actually i responded as another person (my friend), not knowing that she has a warrant, and i was taken as her, even though i try to clear myself.

I am involved in a contentious estate matter.  My attorney sent a letter to the other party demanding that they supply the appropriate documents needed to resolve the estate.  The other party sent back a letter charging me with multiple false allegations with the intent of villifying me.  I would like to know if this matter rises to the standard of libel.
