i have problem with my figerprints, will that affect my eligibilite to become a us citizen? actually i responded as another person (my friend), not knowing that she has a warrant, and i was taken as her, even though i try to clear myself.

I am involved in a contentious estate matter.  My attorney sent a letter to the other party demanding that they supply the appropriate documents needed to resolve the estate.  The other party sent back a letter charging me with multiple false allegations with the intent of villifying me.  I would like to know if this matter rises to the standard of libel.

my son was told there was a ucclaw that could help him get record dropped etc could you help us explain this to us etc.he was told about this in prison and was told not to look up or talk about it
